Hi Carole. My wife and I are campers too. We live on the Florida Panhandle so I well know the wait through the summertime heat and humidity. We often head up to the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Georgia during those warm months for short stays.
I am just dabbling with SubStack at the moment, wondering if I want to get involved? Writing while we’re camping doesn’t always work for me. My mind gets going in too many directions. I do most of my own writing on my iPad or my MacBook. I jump from one to the other, with my files in the cloud.

Thank you for subscribing to my newsletter. It's wonderful that you can write with your iPad while camping. Substack is pretty popular right now. I'm also a writer on Medium, but I see a shift in the audiences going in new directions.
I'm still learning how to use substack and often find it difficult to find interesting topics to write about in the van life. However, I do write about writing skills, since I do write often while camping in the van.
The Blue Ridge Mountians are beautiful this time of year. I visited there many years ago.
