Write to Become a Better Writer
This sounds like common sense advice, but it goes deeper than that.
Traveling in East Texas
I’m making frequent trips to camp in East Texas area, so I can focus on writing my novel. It’s so liberating to set up camp and turn off the cell phone and have no plans or interferences and do what you love doing most.
For me, that is going for nature walks, listening to classic country music and sometimes rock n roll and writing my substack articles.
My home base is located near Shreveport, Louisiana, but I love traveling and staying the the Texas State Parks where it’s safe and the sites are well maintained. I have all the amenities living in the gray camper van that I have at home. And most of all, I appreciate the quietness, so I can think better and not feel obligated to anyone but myself.
Writing Practice
You must write to become a better writer. I’m still learning how to do this and manage my time as each day unfolds. With the advent of technology coming onboard, there are so many writer tools I would like to take advantage of, but I would like to mention one in specific.
It’s called Master Writer. I discovered it recently from scanning Facebook. It’s a tool that helps people who want to write songs and people who want to write narratives, novels, articles or anything in general. The thing that is so fabulous about Master Writer is it helps you find the right descriptive word you’re looking for, but you can’t find it. They give you a 3 month free trial and after that it’s $9.99 a month. I think it is well worth it.
I hope you take the time to check out Master Writer
software. They make it easy for you by watching on you tube.
Thanks for being here.
Kindly,
Carol
